ELFoundation is in the process of initiating an on-going research investigation with families of children adopted from Eastern Europe. Current investigations have concentrated on these children at the preschool years: no one has documented communication, learning and literacy difficulties after these children are enrolled in school. ELF has a research protocol ready to investigate these actual issues.
